Historic Preservation | 323 West 76th Street | Upper West Side, Manhattan | 1892

This four-story Renaissance Revival rowhouse was constructed 1892 as one in a row of five houses, all of which remain. Located on the Upper West Side, the brick and brownstone rowhouse is landmarked as part of the West End-Collegiate Historic District. Kamen Tall Architects was hired to design and oversee stabilization, repairs and upgrades at the street elevation, including reconstruction of the brownstone terra railing, replacement of window sills, brownstone patch repair, and removal of previously-applied coatings. Construction was completed in Spring 2016.
