Mr. Chen is a project manager with a degree from New York Institute of Technology and City University of New York.  Mr. Chen decided to become an architect at a young age because of his interest in different building typologies.  He has worked on various institutional, adaptive reuse, mixed-use and preservation works over the years which has led him to joining Kamen Tall Architects.  With his passion for the building process and his appreciation for historic buildings, he would like to help provide a more streamlined approach to design through various mediums of articulation.
