A twelve-story, neo-classical style building in the West End-Collegiate Historic District Extension on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The project consisted of a conditions survey to identify building defects, creation of construction documents, and administration of repairs. KTA was also retained to perform LL11/FISP inspections and file LL11/FISP reports. The next round of façade repairs at this building is anticipated to kick-off in Spring 2023.
