1851 Granite & Brownstone Mansion in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

The Phelps James house is a mid-19th century mansion on the Hudson River. The building is now owned by Northwell Health as part of the Phelps Hospital and is need of restoration. KTA has been retained to perform a conditions survey for the building, provide an adaptive reuse study and schematic designs, and prepare exterior restoration CDs. KTA is in the process of creating facade repair CDs and coordinating the team of consultants for the next phase of work.
